My role isn’t to dictate answers, but to create space for Utahns to share ideas, pressure-test them, and refine what actually works—especially as new technology gives us better tools to reduce costs, improve services, and protect what matters most.

What if land wasn’t something to flip—but something we were trusted to care for?

A non-transferable homestead stewardship right where land remains held in trust, granting lifetime use—not speculative ownership.

- One homestead per Utah-born resident
- No corporations, developers, or speculation
- Lifetime stewardship, passed only to direct posterity
- Strict occupancy and use rules
- Dry living encouraged; no automatic public infrastructure burden
- Counties opt in or out—local control preserved
